On the heels of the workhorse EX1, The Gates EX1R is revised and improved for the underwater professional. New to the EX1R is support for larger batteries and external recording units (e.g. nonFlash). Adjustable trim weights afford perfect balance and trim. Gates Precision ports, HD-SDI surface feed and EM43 high resolution monitor are selectable features that contribute to the sharpest subsea HD images.

With a ton of features to keep any pro thrilled, you will find all the important features such as White Balance, ND Filter, Gain, Shutter Speed, Iris, Zoom, and Manual Focus are all at your fingertips.

Amphibico's nanoSplash (underwater housing for the nanoflash) has been designed to fit Convergent Design's successful nanoFlash recorder.

Professionals can now go underwater and record video at considerably higher Bit-Rates and color (4:2:2). Better quality videos can be produced to articulate the motion image being captured in the stunning underwater world below.

Designed with a robust look and feel, the nanoSplash accesses all the NanoFlash's digital recorders features and is depth rated at Amphibico's standard 330 feet (100 meters).

* Zip: 1 x 68cm zip which conforms to the U.K. M.o.D. Interim Defence Standard 53-100/1.

* Leak Alarm: 9 volt tone generator max. output 95db.
* Dump Valve: Poseidon one way, centre press button, exhaust valve.
